Hi there! I’m Stacy and this is just a little place I use to post pics and attempt to figure out my camera.
If you know me, you have gotten a little chuckle from my blog & page titles. And if you don’t, you may have already guessed it – I really am the aunt who always has gum AND I’m short. Just under 5’ tall, I am often the target of the obvious short jokes and just roll with it. Heck, I’m going to be this way all my life so why fight it?!
I’m warning you now, much of the content found here will involve my fabulous 5 nieces & nephews (four of them are here in town which explains why they are in so many shots). They are one of the main reasons I bought my Nikon. I purchased a D40 in May of ’09 and am absolutely loving it. Added Photoshop Elements 8 to the computer shortly after that & it’s been fun playing with all the options (would love to have the full blown version of Photoshop but not sure I’d use even half of it.) The family has deemed me the paparazzi but they secretly love it ’cause they get great shots of their kiddos. Get used to it, people, it’s here to stay.
